The player and the banker have the option to get one card or they may choose to stay. The casino will then give out the cards and will announce which won. If the player loses in the game, they will have the option to place a new wager. But if the player wins, the casino will get their 5% commission.

If the banker and the player get the same result, the game is declared a tie. If the player wagers in the tie hand, most casinos will pay in a 9:1 ratio or 8:1 ratio.

A game of baccarat usually has a croupier that manages the flow of the game together with two dealers that collects and pays wagers. They are also in charge of keeping track of the casino commission.

There are usually six to eight decks that are used in the game. Baccarat is classified as a game of luck so players just need to sit back and hope that they will win in the game.
